Reception 2024 -2025
Our admissions arrangements are made through Hertfordshire County Council. Admission arrangements and how places are allocated for our reception classes can be found on the link below:
Tours for prospective Reception 2025 parents are planned for the Autumn term. Dates can be found on the school calendar and can be booked by contacting the school office.
In-Year admissions
From time to time we have vacancies in some of our year groups. Admission into our school 'in-year' is managed by Hertfordshire County Council. All information can be found on the link below:
NURSERY 2025-2026 - Spaces Available
We offer 30 hours provision
Our Nursery will run from 8.45am - 3.10pm Monday to Friday.
Children entitled to 30 hours free child care can attend for the full day session.
Children entitled to 15 hours free child care can attend each morning 8.45am - 11.45am.
Children entitled to 15 hours free child care have the option of paying £6.00 per day to stay for lunch until 1.00pm or £20.00 per day to stay until 3.10pm.
We can accommodate up to 30 children in the mornings, for lunch and the afternoons.
Our Nursery is led all day by a fully qualified and experienced teacher who works closely with our Reception team to ensure smooth transitions into our main school.
Our nursery is for children who turn four at any point between 1st September 2024 and 31st August 2025. We manage our own admissions process and governors have set the criteria which are detailed in our Nursery Admissions policy available on this page (see below).
To apply for a nursery place for September 2024, the form will appear below when applications open.
Timeline for Admissions for September 2025
1. Parents are advised to contact the school office to attend a nursery tour by the Headteacher in January 2024. Our nursery tours will be on:
Tuesday 14th January at 9:30am
Tuesday 21st January at 9:30am
Friday 31st January at 9:30am
Wednesday 5th February at 9:30am
2. Applications open Monday 3rd February 2025
3. Applications close 9am Friday 14th March 2025
4. Offers made to parents via email Friday 21st March 2025
5. Deadline for parents to accept offers is Thursday 27th March 2025

Please complete the application form below. You will not receive confirmation of your application, however, we will contact you once the application date has closed with all the information regarding the admission of your child (after Friday 14th March).
