At Eastbury Farm we are excited to announce the launch of Stormbreak. This Mentally
Healthy Movement programme will complement what we are already doing to promote
positive mental health and emotional wellbeing. Each class will we participating in a
Stormbreak regularly throughout the week.
A Stormbreak is purposeful participation in movement to share and support mental health.

Stormbreak has five different mental health concepts which are delivered purposefully, intentionally and appropriately through mentally healthy movement. Mentally healthy movement is a strategy that children can use to shape and support better mental health now and in the future. We will be focusing on one mental health concept each half term.
